02) What is my username/password for the Windows Media Player?
If you are no longer logged into the site, Windows Media Player may ask you for your username and password to play a movie. Your username and password are the same as your member username and password.
You will also be asked to enter your username and password when you watch your first movie. This is to verify your purchase. You will only be asked for this item again if you delete your cookies.
03) Why do I get a blank or jerky video when I try to watch T1 or HD movies?
This may be a result of your internet connection. Anything less than a 300 kbps connection will have difficulty buffering the larger and higher definition movie files. To test your connection speed please click here and select the location closest to you.
